Our Story
Huizen Zuid Spanje grew out of a simple frustration. We watched Dutch and Belgian buyers get lost in the Spanish property landscape — not because they could not find beautiful homes, but because nobody told them in their own language what to look out for, what the real costs were, and how the Spanish system differs from the Dutch one.
Language turns out to be the biggest obstacle in a Spanish property transaction. The selling agent speaks Spanish or, at best, English. Contracts are in Spanish. The notary speaks Spanish. The tax office — you guessed it — too. One translation error in a contract can cost you thousands of euros or years of legal hassle.
That is why we exist. We speak your language, we read your contracts, and we stand beside you at every step — from the first viewing to the handover of the keys at the notary. No sales talk. No surprises. But honesty, knowledge and a network of reliable Spanish lawyers, tax advisers and banks.
